Venue - Drymen

The conservation village of Drymen is within the Loch Lomond National Park and will be the venue for the World Fly Fishing Championships in Scotland 2009. Drymen is located on the edge of the Trossachs to the South East of the world famous Loch Lomond in the Stirlingshire countryside.

Approximately a 40 minute drive from Glasgow International Airport and the city of Glasgow,1 hour and 15 minutes from Glasgow Prestwick Airport and 1 hour from Edinburgh Airport and Edinburgh itself Drymen is easily accessed by road. It is a popular village with interesting shops, pubs and restaurants and is the location of the venue hotels the Buchanan Arms and Winnock Hotel.
